1. Who we are

These Terms of Service and Privacy Policy govern the use of zntech.com.br, the client portal, and digital services provided by ZnTECH Soluções Digitais (“ZnTECH”, “we”).

2. Terms of Service

2.1 Scope

Depending on the plan you purchase, ZnTECH provides domain registration or transfer, website and system development, corporate email, hosting, payment integrations, client portal access, technical support, and related services described in our catalog and accepted invoice/proposal.

2.2 Orders and payment

Orders are placed via the website, client portal, or commercial agreement. Prices, one-time fees, and subscriptions appear on the product page and/or invoice. Payments may be processed via PIX, card, crypto, or partner gateways (e.g. Stripe, Mercado Pago, Plisio). Non-payment may lead to suspension after reasonable notice.

2.3 Client responsibilities

You are responsible for accurate account data, lawful published content, and providing required copy, images, and materials. ZnTECH is not liable for illegal content you publish or for third-party decisions (domain registries, email providers, payment gateways, Google, social networks, etc.).

2.4 Hosting, availability, and support

We use reasonable efforts for availability and security. Scheduled maintenance or third-party infrastructure issues may occur. Support is provided through official channels (portal, email, WhatsApp), during business hours unless otherwise agreed.

2.5 Cancellation

Monthly plans without lock-in may be cancelled under the invoice/service terms. Setup fees or already delivered project work are generally non-refundable, except where required by law or written agreement.

2.6 Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ZnTECH is not liable for lost profits, data loss caused by you or third parties, or indirect damages. Aggregate liability is limited to amounts actually paid for the relevant service in the 12 months before the claim.

3. Privacy Policy

3.1 Data we may process

• Account and registration data (name, company, email, phone, documents when needed for billing/contracts);
• Authentication data (Google OAuth or portal credentials, sessions);
• Billing and payment data (amounts, status, gateway transaction IDs — full card numbers are handled by the gateway, not stored by us);
• Support ticket content and attachments you upload;
• Technical logs needed for security and operations (IP, user-agent, timestamps, system errors).

3.2 Purposes

Providing and improving services; authentication; billing; support; legal/tax compliance; fraud and abuse prevention; operational communications about your service.

3.3 Legal bases and sharing

We process data to perform a contract, comply with law, or for proportionate legitimate operational interests. We may share data only as needed with payment processors, transactional email providers, cloud infrastructure (e.g. Cloudflare), and authorities when required by law. We do not sell your personal data.

3.4 Retention and your rights

We keep data as long as needed for the service and legal obligations. You may request access, correction, portability, deletion (where applicable), or information about sharing via the contact above. We will respond within a reasonable time.

3.5 Cookies and local storage

We only use what is necessary for the site and portal to work: login session, language preference, theme, and security (e.g. CSRF). We do not use advertising or behavioural ad-tracking cookies.

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures (HTTPS, access controls, authenticated sessions). No system is 100% secure; contact us immediately if you suspect account misuse.

6. Changes

We may update these terms. The effective date will be revised and the current version will remain at zntech.com.br/en/termos. Continued use after material changes constitutes acknowledgment where allowed by law. Individual client contracts may include specific clauses that prevail over this general document where they conflict.

7. Governing law

Except where consumer protection rules require otherwise, Brazilian law applies, with venue in Passo Fundo/RS, Brazil.
